FRIDAYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [Referring to the Olympics] Dude! I reaaaaaaalllly wanna watch it! That’s practically the only thing I miss doing, and it’s funny because no one understands all the events in Track and Field. I don’t think they understand the Olympics or aren't into it as much as they’re into watching the soccer. Sad. When I try to explain the High Jump, it’s quite a joke. Sister DeO usually tries to explain, and it wasn’t until last week that I understood she was explaining that I jumped off of a trampoline. HAHAHAHA! Der.

There are trees/plants in the front; and, boy, there is TRASH in and everywhere strewn in the trees/plants.
I spent my whole time cleaning there because of the limited number of paintbrushes. Besides, it was really bugging me that: * the paint was NOT helping; * we weren’t going to have time to paint another layer; * AND we have to move our stuff in as it´s drying. Fabo. |
We moved today into our new house.
It was retarded--excuse the language--because we moved all our stuff first to the new house to just sit there while the first counselor of the president prepared the boys to paint... and, well, it looked exactly as if boys painted. It didn’t help one bit, really, and made it look worse. BUT, we had a churrasco! MEAT! I tried to make an easy-to-make, no-bake cake; but it was totally wrong and didn’t set correctly. It tasted good but was a bit of a mess, especially because we didn’t have a fridge to let it sit in. |
We have neighbors who raise chickens and ducks, and the people who lived here before us practiced black magic. However, it was in our old house that Sister DeO and Sister Carreira saw a ghost. Seriously. We all kneeled down and prayed together immediately afterward. (FYI, Sister Carreira replaced Sister Soneghet. She’s a sweetie.) |
There is so much I wanna say, but…
I want to thank Rachel for the funny band-aids she sent because I’m using them now. Hahaha!
She’s wonderful! Can’t wait for my surprise!
JOCELYN!!!! Thanks for the letter. Haven’t read it yet.
Got a letter from Sister Karen Stumpf. I ran into her in the Provo MTC :)
[Karen Stumpf and her husband are currently serving a mission in Oakland.
Sister Nelson ran into their granddaughter, Karen Stumpf, who is also serving a mission. Confused?]
Heard the song RAINFOREST about a month ago and thought of you, Mommy.
CONGRATS Daddy!!! Really great! Sounds like you’re keeping busy.
[Dad's new hobby is the volunteer work of indexing census data.]
